Questions people ask
How far ahead should I ask?
As early as you have a date. A request made inside a fortnight of departure is treated as urgent and priced accordingly, simply because that is what the fares do.
Can you book for my family as well?
Yes. Passengers go on one request so the seats are together and the pickup is one vehicle rather than three.
What if the airline cancels?
We rebook. The booking record here is updated with the new reference and the old one is marked cancelled rather than quietly deleted.
Do you arrange visas too?
That is Immigration, and it is a separate purchase — but if both are open we work back from the same travel date so the visa is not filed for a flight you have already missed.
