Archive and Doc Evaluation
Your original certificates, kept safe and properly assessed
We hold your originals under a recorded chain of custody, and we send your qualifications to the evaluating bodies that foreign universities and immigration offices insist on.
Why buy this from us
A custody log, not a drawer
Every time an original is received, moved, couriered or returned, it is recorded with who did it and when. You can read the whole history of your own certificate.
The body the receiving country actually names
An assessment from the wrong body is money spent for nothing. We match the evaluator to the country and the purpose before anything is posted.
The report becomes a usable document
The finished evaluation is filed in your library as a credential evaluation report, ready to attach to a permanent residence file or a university application.
Bodies we send qualifications to
Which one you need is decided by the country and the office receiving the assessment, not by preference. We match it before anything is posted.

How it works
-
Tell us what you have
Which certificates, and whether you want them evaluated, held, or both.
-
We quote the work
Our handling and the evaluating body’s own fee, itemised separately, because they go to different places.
-
Originals in, custody recorded
Each item is logged on arrival. If a body requires sealed originals sent directly, we arrange that and record the courier.
-
Report filed, originals returned
The assessment lands in your document library and your originals come back to you, or stay in the vault if that is what you asked for.
Questions people ask
Why can I not just send a photocopy?
Most evaluating bodies will not accept one. Several require the issuing university to send a sealed copy directly to them, which is a request we make on your behalf.
How long does an evaluation take?
Between about three weeks and four months depending on the body, and the typical figure for each is in the table above. The slow part is almost always the issuing university, not the evaluator.
Is my original safe?
It is held under a recorded custody chain and every handover is signed for. That is not a promise that paper cannot be lost — it is a promise that we always know where it is and who touched it last.
Does the report expire?
The assessment itself does not, and we file it as a document with no expiry. Some receiving offices insist on a report issued within a certain period, which is their rule rather than the evaluator’s.
