Agronomy, B.Sc. - Agriculture

A 4-year, 120-credit-hour B.Sc. in Agriculture with an Agronomy major at the University of Manitoba, offered through the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences. The program gives students an integrated and comprehensive study of the factors and processes associated with crop production science, with a focus on sustainability of crop systems.

Admission requirements
Direct entry (Manitoba high school): minimum 70% average over English 40S, Applied Mathematics 40S or Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S, and two additional Academic 40S courses, with no less than 60% in each of the four courses. (Applies to all Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences direct-entry programs, including B.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy major).)
Advanced entry (24+ transferable university credit hours): minimum 2.0 adjusted GPA required, with a minimum of 60% in English and Math prerequisite courses and 50% in Biology and Chemistry prerequisite courses.
