001 Refund policy
No refunds once a service has commenced. A refund is available where agreed services were not provided; part-delivered services are reviewed case by case.

002 Service discontinuation
Discontinuing without a valid reason is charged at $60 USD per hour of consultation, rounded up, plus a $150 USD administration fee, plus 2.5 hours for each application already submitted.

003 Exclusive representative authorisation
While we represent you for an agreed programme, applications to it may not be submitted through anybody else without our written consent.

004 Termination
45 days' written notice. Ending earlier without agreement may attract service charges.

005 Application outcomes
No guarantees can be made regarding admissions, visa approvals, or any other related outcomes.

006 Signature authorisation
You authorise us to reproduce your signature where it is needed to complete and submit your applications.

007 Change of intake or deferral
$90 USD per change.

008 Security deposit
$400–$800 USD depending on the service tier. Refunded in full on successful enrolment; forfeited if you discontinue without cause.

009 Resuming after discontinuation
Discontinuation charges and the security deposit both apply before services resume.
