Manitoba high school graduation with five full credits at the Grade 12 level. (Faculty of Science direct entry requirement.)
Minimum 80% average over English 40S, Pre-Calculus Mathematics 40S (or Applied Mathematics 40S), one science course (Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Physics 40S), and one additional academic 40S course, with no less than 60% in each course. (Direct entry from high school into the Faculty of Science; direct entry students are assigned to a 4-year undeclared Major initially, then apply to the Actuarial Mathematics Honours program.)
Minimum 24 completed credit hours, minimum Degree GPA (DGPA) of 3.00, and a minimum grade of "B" in one Year 1 program course, to enter the Actuarial Mathematics B.Sc. Honours program. (Entry criteria for the Honours program specifically (after initial University 1/Science admission).)

To continue in the program, students must maintain a minimum DGPA of 3.00 and complete a minimum of 9 credit hours per Fall/Winter term.
To graduate, students must achieve a minimum DGPA of 3.00, a minimum grade of "C+" in the 12 core actuarial courses (ACT 2120, ACT 2210, ACT 3130, ACT 3230, ACT 3340, ACT 4010, ACT 4020, ACT 4030, ACT 4040, ACT 4060, ACT 4160, FIN 2010), and a minimum grade of "C" in all other courses.
